Galley

A galley is the kitchen area of a yacht, equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, and storage for cooking supplies and dishes. Charter guests encounter the galley when planning meals and provisioning their vessel during the charter. Galley size and equipment vary significantly by yacht type and charter level—bareboat yachts have compact galley arrangements requiring efficient meal planning, while gulets and crewed-charter vessels feature full-scale commercial kitchens that may include dedicated chef facilities.
