Check-in day

Check-in day is the date when a charter customer arrives at the marina or mooring point to take possession of the rented yacht. This is when the charter period officially begins. During check-in, the skipper or crew conducts a comprehensive vessel walkthrough, reviews the boat's condition with the renter, explains safety systems and operations, and documents any pre-existing damage on the charter agreement. Final payments and required documentation are completed before departure.
