Central Agent (CA)

A Central Agent is the primary operational contact responsible for managing charter logistics and communication between the charter company and charterers. Customers typically reach out to the CA for booking inquiries, pre-charter coordination, and onboard support. The CA ensures all guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special arrangements are communicated to the yacht crew, and handles contingencies during the charter period.
